Empowering the Bystander

March 10, 2017, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm 

  • Coach Dreama Kelly, MA (owner of Your Life Coach, WV) will discuss:
    • Bystander, aggressor, or victim are fluctuating roles everyone will play at some point in time.  Two identify with aggressiveness and one with assertiveness.  Utilizing excerpts from "Beyond the Bully: Facing Your Life's Nemesis", attendees will evaluate real-life situations through news clips and captured videos to identify individual roles, strategize ways to defuse presented situations, and discuss means to safely intervene.
